We strive to encourage the next generation of fiber artists may they be interested in spinning, weaving, quilting, knitting, crochet, sewing, embroidery, tailoring, dyeing, beading, felting, paper arts, basketry, and much more.
Our Guild members are often reaching out to the community in many ways to share our knowledge of fiber arts and to help communities in the White Mountains. We are active in providing classes at local libraries, workshops on dyeing and various fiber techniques, and more formal classes at Northland Pioneer College.
We participate in a number of charitable activities including making "angel blankets" for local mortuaries, and hospitals, as well as hats, mittens, and blankets for children and veterans.
The Twisted Threads Fiber Guild strives to advance our abilities in all aspects of fiber art. Guild members include beginners and experts in the fields of spinning, weaving, quilting, knitting, crochet, sewing, embroidery, tailoring, dyeing, beading, felting, paper arts, basketry, tatting and
much more.
